Vernon J. Gebhardt began serving on the San Joaquin County Board of Education in July of 2014. Mr. Gebhardt represents Area 4, which includes parts of Banta, Lammersville, Lincoln, Lodi, Manteca, Ripon, Stockton, and Tracy unified school districts.
