Art Camp

Color the Summer Art Camp is for students entering 3rd-8th grade. Students get the opportunity to experiment and explore with many different mediums including watercolor, oil pastel, tempera paint, graphite, color pencil, chalk pastel and many others. These classes are taught by enthusiastic high school students who are passionate about art. Student teachers are from high schools throughout San Joaquin County and are excited to share their passion with others. Students can expect to learn color theory and the elements of art and principals of design, while enjoying other activities, competitions and so much more.

Art camp for grades 3 - 5 will be held at the San Joaquin County Office of Education Durham Ferry Outdoor Campus on June 17, 18, 20, and 21 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Cost of camp is $125.00 and transportation is not provided.

3rd-5th Grade Color the Summer Arts Camp Registration

Art camp for grades 6 - 8 will be held at SJCOE Sky Mountain on June 25-27, for a sleep away art camp. Cost of camp is $398.00 and transportation is provided.
