Art Camp

The Color the Summer Art Camp is a 3-day retreat where San Joaquin County students in grades 4 to 8 can experience art and all the inspiration that nature has to offer at our Sky Mountain facility.

The young artists will be exposed to a wide range of classes taught by enthusiastic high school students, where they are exploring the use of watercolor, oil pastel, tempera paint, graphite, color pencil, chalk pastel, and more!

However, the camp is about more than teaching students about different art mediums. It’s also about offering students an opportunity to enjoy this serene outdoor setting where they can discover their unique voices.

Students will learn color theory and the Elements of Art and Principles of Design, while enjoying time at the lake, singing campfire songs, and partaking in friendly competitions like a color run.

2023 Color the Summer Art Camp Registration begins April 16th 2023. Click Here
