Quality Child Care
The mission of the San Joaquin County Council for the Quality Education and Care of Children (CQECC) is to develop a comprehensive plan that promotes the development of quality child care in San Joaquin County through community education, collaboration, and advocacy.
It is the vision of the CQECC to ensure: high quality child care is affordable and accessible to children of all ages, parents have the information they need to make sound choices and decisions about their child’s education and care, and that community members work together to accomplish and maintain our vision for quality care and education for children.
The CQECC serves as the planning body for child care in San Joaquin County first established as the San Joaquin County Local Child Care Planning Council (LCCPC). The organization’s bylaws can be downloaded here: CQECC Bylaws .
