Supporting Dually Identified Students

This session equips educators to support students receiving both special education and english learner services. Key topics include crafting ELD-aligned IEP goals, navigating reclassification, and providing targeted instructional support and accommodations. Participants will also learn strategies for engaging multilingual families and addressing the unique needs of dually identified students. By the end, educators will be prepared to foster academic, language, and social success for these learners.
