Comprehensive Health Programs foster student’s health and well-being as well as resiliency by providing programs that support learning; such as after school, Mental Health Services Act, Tobacco Use Prevention Education, Substance Abuse Prevention,emergency response and crisis management, suicide intervention skills workshop, and School Nursing Services. It is also a goal to build the capacity of local, regional, and state level educators through renowned professional development and technical assistance. . Comprehensive Health Programs works with the community and statewide partners to provide optimal services for students and families. Comprehensive Health Programs also provides LEA Medi-Cal Billing Services to assist districts and county offices of education in maximizing federal reimbursement.
