Well-Being Webinar Series for Education Staff

Resilient Practices for Educators, Staff Members, Administrators, and Teams

There have been many challenges to overcome during the first few months of the 2021-22 school year for everyone. For those working in education, it could be overwhelming. The health and wellness of the adults working to serve our children and families is critically important.

There are resources and support to provide help, if needed, including a webinar series beginning today, Oct. 21, at 3 p.m.

Each session will feature different strategies to help staff prioritize their own well-being. Learn ways to combat burnout, set healthy boundaries, practice gratitude, and use feedback as an effective communication tool with colleagues, students, and families.

Sign up for the Resilient Practices for Educators, Staff Members, Administrator and Teams on the Webinar Registration page or watch live on the California Department of Education Facebook page.

Webinars are scheduled on Thursdays 3:00-4:30 p.m.: Oct. 21 (today), Nov. 18, Dec. 9, 2021; and Jan. 20, Feb. 17, March 17, and April 28, 2022.

Resilient Practices for Educators, Staff Members, Administrators, and Teams webinar series is offered by the CDE, Kaiser Permanente, and the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.

Registering for the webinars allows you to receive recordings of the sessions and other resources.
