This workshop will provide information regarding the essential elements of secondary transition planning services as defined in IDEA and the State Performance Plan (Indicators 13 and 14).
It will also discuss the components of an IEP with a transition plan and provide evidence-based practices to assist in teaching youth transition-related skills and resources to assist with an effective transition planning.
This course meets the requirements of 3.0 hours of Continuing Professional Development credit
as required by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board of California.
