FULL STEAM AHEAD

The 2018 SJCOE Tech Summit is going to be our best one, yet. This year's "Full STEAM Ahead!" theme puts a new focus on the arts. That means there will be an assortment of presentations to help educators merge technology and art in their classrooms.

Our keynote speaker, Kevin Honeycutt, is well-versed in both technology and the arts. Since 2007 he has hosted a creative learning website called ArtSnacks, where he shares 10-minute drawing videos that support standards curriculum.

Since 2003 he has been a Technology Integration Specialist at ESSDACK, an educational service center. At ESSDACK he researches and designs programs, training, and staff development with a strong passion for helping teachers and learners become successful with educational uses of technology. He shares his thinking and learning on his Tradigital Learning blog and in his podcast, Driving Questions in Education.
