On Thursday, May 19, the San Joaquin County Office of Education (SJCOE) will recognize 412 high school students from San Joaquin County who met all the requirements of the state Seal of Biliteracy Award. Also, 122 students in grades 3-8 will receive the Pathways to Biliteracy Award.
