Workshop Summary: This intermediate level training is for experienced IEP individuals who are interested in learning more about facilitative behaviors; specifically implementing customer service considerations into the IEP process. Participant outcomes include the following: information and the understanding of communication strategies; agreements through collaboration and consensus; building trust and empathy; positions and interests; using visuals to document the IEP process; and role play scenarios of team members.
