The purpose of this series of webinars and meetings is to create systemic change for our programs which serve Dually Identified students. Together we will use the CA Practitioners’ Guide to Educating English Learners with Disabilities to learn about the updated policies and procedures used to identify, refer, assess, and reclassify English learners with disabilities.
