The English Language Proficiency Assessments for California – ELPAC – is the successor to the California English Language Development Test – CELDT. The ELPAC is aligned with the 2012 California English Language Development Standards and used to identify students as English learners and measure their annual progress. Examiners must be trained to administer the exams as per State Regulations. This training will meet the requirement.
