Twenty-five students and two teachers from Mito Second High School in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, will visit Tracy High School and the San Joaquin County Office of Education (SJCOE) on Aug. 2. The students will begin their tour at Tracy High School in the morning and will participate in a bioengineering challenge in which they will extract DNA from various plant sources.
