Cognitive Coaching Foundation Seminar

The Cognitive Coaching Seminar® Foundation is an 8-day training presented by certified trainer, Linda Bersinger. Participants learn how to: 1)build trust by developing physical and verbal rapport; 2)utilize three mediative maps for planning, reflecting and problem resolving; 3)facilitate self-directed learning through reflective questioning; 4)develop teachers' autonomy and sense of community; 5)develop higher levels of efficacy, consciousness, craftsmanship, flexibility and interdependence; 6)distinguish four support functions–coaching, evaluating, consulting, collaborating; 7)practice coaching interactions to differentiate for individual needs; and 8)apply coaching skills which enhance the intellectual processes of instruction. Registration Fee: $1,400 per participant for 8-day training.
